If you change your mind about an item you've received, we offer 14 days for you to accept or return an item for a refund as long as you ensure the item remains in original condition with no smell of perfume or washing detergent and with all tags and labels attached, and you have returned the item at your own expense.

Please return the item promptly, as we will only accept an item if we receive it within 14 days.
You are responsible for any delay, loss or damage to the item before we receive it, so do carefully repack and clearly address the item.
Use your local postal service but do insure yourself against delay, loss or damage of the item while in transit, as we will only accept an item if it is in original perfect condition with all tags and labels attached.
If we accept the item you have returned, we will issue your refund to your payment card account within 14 days. Please allow additional time for your refund to reach your account.
