Here at Colmers Hill we hold special events through the year, from styling workshops to cocktail nights. To be the first to know about our events, sign up for our newsletter.

Having re-opened, we are operating an appointment & “open to all” as follows:

  • up to one hour per appointment at 9am and 10am followed by 11-4pm open to all with max 3 customers at a time (closed on Sundays until further notice)

Keeping our customers and staff safe is our priority and we will be following these guidelines:

  • Hand sanitiser to be used as you enter the shop
  • Wear disposable gloves provided
  • Wearing a face mask is discretionary but if you would like the assistant to wear one, please do ask
  • Limit to 3 customers in the shop
  • One way system in the shop
  • Sneeze guard at the till
  • No cash, only card payments
  • Card machine cleaned after each use
  • Changing rooms will be anti-bact’d between each appointment
  • Items not purchased but tried on will be put on a quarantine rail for 72 hours and steamed
  • High touch points cleaned regularly throughout the day

 

Like all small businesses, this has been a heart-breaking and worrying time, so we hope that you will continue to support us now and be understanding about the measures that have been put in place
